Bilingual Customer Service/Legal AssistantVannova Legal Sandy, UT 84070-2008Job DescriptionVannova Legal is growing fast and seeking several customer-oriented individuals to provide support for client intake, including phone answering and appointment setting for bankruptcy, loan modification, short sale, debt negotiation, IRS negotiation, and litigation. Full or part time and/or evening and weekend opportunities are available. We offer competitive salaries and health benefits. Focus on customer service is essential. Spanish-speaking is highly preferred. Paralegal or legal assistant experience is helpful but we will train the right person. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, self-starter to be part of a dynamic team. We provide 24/7 support so full-time and part-time and evening and weekend opportunities are available.Responsibilities• Respond to incoming leads (calls, chats and email) and set appointments • Follow up with prospective clients (outbound calling) to set appointments • Confirm following day appointments • Update calendar with appointments • Record call and appointment outcomes for statistical tracking • Respond to client email inquiries • Collect documents and prepare client for 341 meeting • Monitor calendar for errors • Greet clients for their appointments • Accept documents and payments by phone and in personQualifications• Articulate and able to build rapport with clients in person and on the phone • Spanish-speaking • Dynamic, motivated personality that is able to work as part of a team • Expertise with Excel and Microsoft Office products • Understanding of bankruptcy (all chapters), loan modification, short sale, and debt negotiation experience preferredAdditional Information Interested candidates should send their resume with salary history and requirements By Email:info@vannovalegal.com By Phone:888-644-1891 By Fax:801.415.9818
